Fellows, if you are like most guys, you want to have the best sexual experiences.
Age has little to do with the quality of sex you can have. Attitude, your health, and taking initiative, does matter, however.
Over the years, there are lots of ideas, gimmicks, and directions on enhancing one's sex life.
Gadgets, medications, exercises, even surgery, has been suggested to the 'men in search of information'.
Sexual optimization is a proactive process. A few steps and ruling out the need for a few more, can make a huge difference in the quality of your sex life. These methods have been tried and continue to offer solutions for many healthy men.
It is important that you feel confident in your approach. Understanding why you are doing something will help make sense of the entire approach. Like most life enhancement approaches, you may have to repeat a portion of the steps identified here. I will give you a candid response to the steps I indicate here.
Here is a list of proven methods for a better sexual experience.
1) if you want to enhance the size of your guys, there are some " proven " procedures:
a). get a blood test and determine if you have any medical complications that would effect your genitals and sexual performance. If you have a blood study, be sure that your requisition includes blood chemistry, comprehensive metabolic panels, total hormone panels, and vitamin panels e.g., vitamin D, vitamin B, and others. If you are interested, I can assist you to get a proper and inexpensive blood series for you and your physician.
b). if you have physician support, begin testosterone replacement therapy and utilize the maximize dose allowed by the physician, 200 mg or more each week. If you have blood draw scores that qualify you testosterone replacement, be sure to get a doctor that knows the science.
Testosterone and other hormones will begin to enhance the size of your genitals in most instances and greatly improve your libido. If you want a good referral, let me know.
c), consider buying supplements to support your sexual energy and genital responsiveness.
For instance, tribulus 400-1000 mg daily, DHEA 25 - 100 mg daily, korean ginseng, 200-400 mg daily, a product like ROPEX (Biogenica, Inc.) will greatly impact your libido, penile functionality, create greater semen volume, and can give many men, explosive orgasms. Refractory time can be enhanced and make it possible to have another sexual romp within 1-2 hours.
Note: I highly recommend that you get the clearance from your physician before and during the use of any supplement of this nature. If you have a history of high blood pressure, headaches, sleep problems, cancer, or other disease indications, be sure to consult with a qualified physician.
d). consider using a vacuum-style penis pump, available at an adult novelty store or online.
Most any style will work fine. Follow the directions. Usually, you can place the pump on the top of your penis, and begin using the pump to suck it into the chamber and begin inflating it.
Be gentle as you learn to use it. Suck it up into the chamber and take it to a point of near discomfort. If you see anything that looks like bruising or if you have pain, reduce the air in the chamber with the pump. All your penis to remain at maximum inflation for 15-20 minutes, or follow the directions of the pump. Do this 1-3 times weekly. You will begin to notice a stretching of your penis, both in length and girth. This will result in a permanent change and your penis will tend to be bigger and expand more, as you use the pump. Do not expect miracles but you can expect an inch in length and 1-2 inches in girth, under NORMAL circumstances.
e). use your penis often, even if you have to masturbate 3-5 times a week. Scientists recently discovered that frequent use of your penis will make it more responsive, larger, and improve your health. Less medical problems are associated with frequent use. Better moods, sleep, and personal well-being are proven for those who have ejaculations often.
f). use sexual enhancement products if you want to boost your libido, create a better and more impressive erection, and have staying-power. Rhino XXX offers great products which are over the counter, for instance, or consider getting viagra or cialis which should be issued through your physician.
g). buy a cock ring at a local adult store or go online. they come in sizes to fit your needs and are inexpensive. Use one prior to an erection and make sure it is NOT too tight. It should fit securely and create engorged genitals with a little feeling of pressure. use it during sex and remove it afterward. When you use products to enhance your erections, do not create bruising or internal bleeds. If you notice purple coloration or blood vessel issues, reduce your erection and give it a rest for a day or two.

Since aging is largely oxidation and depletion of key nutrients and elements, the article is important.

Smoking withdrawal is tough. Many people find it to be a miserable time and often fail at their attempts to stop smoking.
Over the years, I have provided two specific aspects that have helped people succeed as planned. One of the services that appears to be incredibly helpful, is a type of hypnosis
that creates willpower and closure. I use it for a number of sessions and usually, the client stops smoking, permanently, before the end of our service period.
Hypnosis has various styles for use and in a rare instance does not work as planned.
Scientists believe that it is reflective of a person's readiness or uncertainty. I suspect in some cases, the client does not feel ready and needs more time to prepare, NOT give up.
Hypnosis used therapeutically is greatly helpful. It sort of surgically removes the obstacles we face. It can be something we remember or we can simply forget the whole experience.
A client cannot do or say anything they do not want to. So, the reality is, contrary to general perception, that clients hold all the power in the session.
Many clients know they are hypnotized and try to break out of their trance state, mostly for fun. When they realize they do not want to break out and just let it go, they enjoy it immensely and report they are amazed at how great it feels.
With a smoking cessation client, I use it immediately and also provide a specific detox system for the lungs. Within three weeks, most clients have stopped. Follow up with clients have revealed that they never go back unless they have a traumatic life issue or something that brings out very old tragic feeling.
Smoking kills; hypnotherapy and a stop smoking plan, saves people.

If you have ever had surgery, you would agree that having a compassionate helper afterward means everything and makes the aftermath to surgery go much better.
I want to share a personal story that might help you get the proper help after surgery.
I have had several exhausting cosmetic procedures in my life. Two liposuction procedures specifically that nearly killed me, the second time. Much to the detriment of many patients, Doctors do not offer much information about what a recovery period would require. Most plastic surgeons or cosmetic surgeons, may share a baseline of information about the do's and don'ts, but my experience has been that very few provide accurate accounts of the difficulties and precautions that one should take after surgery.
Here is a list of points that I encourage people to use, in preparation for recovery.
1. get the facts, clear and concise about pain, irregularities, and the length of time it might take (honestly) for the recovery.
2. Find out if you need medications, how to best obtain them, and if they will interfere with anything else, like other medications, your diet, or psyche.
3. Do you need a post surgical diet? Maybe you cannot eat what you are used to! Getting a nutrition plan for hasty recovery is overlooked and should be a key point in the recovery.
4. Emergency plans for the unexpected.
5. Counseling options for a miserable recovery.
After each surgery I have had, I was ,miserably depressed, in terrible pain, and had to have nursing assistance almost around the clock. I needed an escort to the bathroom, could not manage myself at all, and often needed help obtaining food, meds, and other household items.
My physicians had not adequately prepared me for the recovery. I was quite angry about it. I realized that many patients have the same experience.
Be aware of helping others or obtaining help that you need, if you are going to have surgery, especially cosmetic surgery.
Men, over age 35, often have lower than preferred testosterone and androgen levels.
In my clinical practice, I have seen many men under 35 with clinically low levels. They rarely seek help because they chalk up their symptoms as something else.
The optimal levels for testosterone start at 500 and range as high as 900. A blood test or homeopathic blood test can tell you.
By the time men are over 50, damage is prominent. Symptoms, disease issues, psychological fall-out, are obvious. Many men are reluctant to get tested and the reason is mysterious. Why wouldn't a man who is obviously aging too fast, want to determine the root cause?
Yet, you can see many men suffering from hormone imbalances, all around. Premature aging, attitude issues, poor demeanor, weight gain, bad skin, gray hair, and in most instances, poor libido and poor sexual performance.

The Effects of Sugar On Metabolism
Did you know that sugar will slow down your metabolism?
Yes, it is true. Not only will it slow it down, but also make you more fat. There is recent knowledge that also suggests that it may be causing cancer.
Well, the effects of sugar slow down the production of a very important hormone from the pituitary, human growth hormone. Most people associate it with bodybuilders and anti-aging medicine, but the effect is known. Rapid Weightloss and The Need For Resistance Training
There are various ways to lose fat rapidly. The best approach is using a supplement liaded, exercise oriented approach.
I advocate a structured and professionally supervised approach for safety. Clients often encounter ups and downs during any weight loss program.
A rapid Weightloss program creates deflation of size and tissue quickly. As a result, skin loosens and sags. This is not something patients want when they are in a personal improvement mission.
Exercise which includes calisthenics and weights, will help create mass and thus, tightens skin and fills in areas that need help.
Both women and men have areas that need special attention. Women usually need help with the back if their arms (triceps) and glutes. Men usually need help with their chests (pecs) and glutes.
Clients should tone and tighten their bodies while dieting. The net effects are positive and will produce better results with how it looks and accelerate fat reduction, a positive response.
Exercise also elevates hormones and supports youthful aging and a healthier brain.
Exercise is part of the 'fountain of youth'.
Rapid Weight Loss and Effectiveness
Rapid weight loss usually corresponds with rapid fat loss. Most clients want to lose bodyfat quickly and without a lot of pain and duress.
There are many methods to lose fat. An important point about losing weight quickly, is to assess the long term results and how healthy is the process.
I recommend two methods. First, you can lose as much as 50 pounds in twelve weeks by adhering to a calorie sensitive, carb managed dietary system, that I have used nationwide. My book called the Carb-Less Solution illustrates a simple and clear method to manage lean muscle growth and rapid fat loss, in a healthy system. Supplements are recommended for balanced nutrition and to correct metabolic shortfalls.
Gradual carb reduction and increase of activity are done at the same time, over a managed period of time. The client must be informed about which carbs to keep, and how much to eat at a given time.
The goal is to increase metabolic performance, energy, overall health, and see visible results quickly. This is considered a permanent situation.

Of all the approaches I dislike, I would say the Gastric Bypass is the most hazardous and unnecessary. I used to be the Psychologist for the University of XXX Bariatric Department and was expected to screen, recommend, and excite candidates for the surgeries. After a few months of really understanding what happens to patients that experience bariatric surgery, I had to quit that job and move on. The program's medical specialists were fine, but bariatric surgery remains dangerous and leaves the patients with long term ailments that can even cause death.
Imagine that you can lose bodyfat fairly easily and never have to do much to keep it off. That 's the beauty of the first two approaches I identify above.
Why We Need Supplements
People usually resist taking supplements. I hear a lot of sighing and whining when supplements are recommended to clients. Usually people are imagining volumes of pills to take and the costs of supplements adding up, over the months ahead.
Yes, supplements are voluminous at times, but often doesn't have to be. Yes, they can become expensive for some. With good planning an efficient system of supplementation can be lesser in cost.
With all this said, I think it becomes a matter of priority. For the cost of a months' worth of cigarettes or the costs of cable TV, you can have most supplements you would benefit from, for the month or two.
A careful plan should be provided to you by an experienced nutritionist or dietician. When you understand the benefits of supplements and how improved your life would be, you will have more motivation to use supplements for the rest of your life!
The key reason we need supplements are to replace or enhance what our food habits bring to the table. Absolutely NO food plan can provide everything we need. Our food supply is deficient in nutrients. Our bodies often refuse to utilize what is available in our diets. Stress, illness, lifestyle issues create a bigger demand for key supplements and elements (minerals).

DO NOT listen to a personal trainer that does not have advanced education, nor rookie supplement entrepreneurs.

The effects of leptin and the dys-regulation in obese patients
Obesity can be cured. Yes, treatment has been available for years and more recognized since 2006, in the US. The good news is that treatment is safe, inexpensive, and predictable. For those who do not suffer from the disease-state of obesity, weight reduction methods are better than ever. Surgeries, lipo-suction, and other life risk procedures are not required anymore. The proof is abundant and even endorsed by well-respected medical professionals and leaders. With a connection made between the appetite-based form of obesity and other metabolic problems suffered by most chronically overweight persons, solutions became clear and predictable. The hypothalamus, center of appetite regulation, was identified as a source of problems for many obese people. The connections between that gland and the ‘inter-dependence’ of the other endocrine glands offered a view into the delicate exchanges which occur between them and the ‘balance’ necessary to regulate metabolism correctly. Most everyone understands the cause of diabetes, type II, and can see the corrective therapies at work with the ‘regulation’ of insulin. What was not so clear, was the effects of leptin, the hormone secreted by the hypothalamus. Thanks to the pioneering physician Dr. A. T. W. Simeons, that uncertainty has become more clear and leptins’ influence on weight related problems. A new idea that leptin was irregular in obese patients created a tactical therapy wherein that condition was manipulated by a clinical process, effectively. Re-regulation of leptin allowed patients to beat their condition or at least, gave them a chance to correct other metabolic failures in their bodies, leading to a systematic recovery. A protocol that controlled macro-nutrients, e.g., carbohydrates, fat specifically, calories, and used medication to support healthy hypothalamic function, created a breakthrough for the obese. Dr. Joel Klein: “The dys-regulation of leptin and insulin creates a complex series of metabolic failures and immense inflammatory conditions” (Dr. Joel Klein)Re-sensitizing patients to leptin and insulin has virtually extinguished their weight related problems and reversed diabetic conditions, within 6 weeks. The down-line of positive adjustments for that patient has been monumental, with noted shifts in blood work, reductions and elimination of features, and the patients’ reports of recovery. Critics of Dr. Simeons’ Protocol, believe that a clear connection made between hypothalamic dysregulation and someone’s ability to lose body-fat is not established. In other words, anyone can lose weight from a low calorie diet. However, critics have been unable to disprove the claims and cannot dispute the visible evidence provided by many thousands of patients. Recently, the HCG Protocol received praise and public acknowledgment by the Officials. Other celebrity professionals like Dr. Oz from TV, have given favorable mention to the HCG Weight Loss Protocol. Not everyone needs HCG to manage their weight. There are many other approaches and products which work well. Most clinical experts agree that a low-glycemic diet, proper nutrition, exercise, and good supplementation remain a formula for health for many others. Because of the dual problem with high caloric intake, excessive secretion of leptin and insulin, a condition escalates creating ‘insensitivity’ and disease, e.g., diabetes II and obesity. Leptin has not been typically controlled or manipulated in the medical practice and the puzzle of chronic appetite-driven obesity has prevailed. Clinical management of leptin, insulin, and other key hormones, the obese and other key hormones, the obese condition can be extinguished. Patients can self-regulate and adhere to a healthy program optimizing their health. The great thing is that new choices provided by experts can restore health, vitality, and self-confidence to all. Anyone suffering from irregular weight control problems should consider a full physical examination and blood draw with a qualified expert. Hormone regulation may be necessary to help you complete the transition from poor health to great health. Hormones like estrogen, progesterone, cortisol, testosterone, all play a vital roles in well-being and longevity.
